Amazing Parisian Modern Interior Design Project By Studio 10Surdix – Although Maison et Objet Paris is still a couple of months apart, it’s never truly too soon to start booking your stay at Paris. And we were lucky enough to have discovered a phenomenal modern home located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, which recently went through a makeover by esteemed interior design studio 10Surdix. The result was an inspiring modern home filled with industrial accents and a stunning mid-century sideboard that are rather memorable and enhance the overall design of the Parisian home.
From the conception of the open plan kitchen which is 100% custom made to the dressings, 10Surdix was responsible for the whole makeover of this Parisian apartment. According to the 10Surdix team, all the furniture was hand picked by the interior designers to create the right ambiance for the renewed home.
The Open plan living is very characteristic of industrial interiors. The More modern and slightly bohemian look was achieved with the use of mid-century furniture pieces, such as Essential Home’s Monocles Sideboard and DelightFull’s Clark Chandelier.
On the image above, you can see the Monocles design in a little bit more detail and truly understand how this movie-inspired sideboard makes all the difference in the room. With dark walnut and gold plated brass finishes, this mid-century piece can light up a room all by itself.
Deciding to use an oversized mirror simply placed against the wall is a way to convey a relaxed vibe in such a wide space as the living room. The Concrete wall behind the television was given a special touch with the hand painted flowers on top.
Between the master bedroom and the corridor, one can spot bespoke Brubeck Wall Sconces from mid-century lighting brand, DelightFULL. In the master bedroom, you can see the iconic Moooi Suspension Light Heracleum, which makes any room look immediately cosier and classier.
