The Luxury Design and Craftsmanship Summit 2019 will be the place where design lovers, designers, makers, and luxury brands can celebrate the best of the luxury design industry, highlighting the importance of traditional craftsmanship skills. The Portuguese design event is organized by the country’s distinguished luxury design group, also known as Covet Group, and is taking place in a city renowned for its craftsmanship heritage. This event will seek to elevate luxury design and craftsmanship by bringing together many thinkers and makers behind the luxury design industry.

With the second edition of the Luxury Design and Craftsmanship Summit, the Covet Group team wants to bring you a new perspective of today’s world of luxury design by showing the potential of the traditional arts! Besides admiring the incredible techniques and master artisans you’ll also have the opportunity to be a part of some incredible conversations with some of the best experts in the industry. With that in mind, the Covet Group‘s organization team has announced a top guest list that includes some of the best names in the luxury design industry in the country and worldwide, such as Swarovski and Bentley! This design event is the greatest opportunity of brokering new connections and strengthen ties for professional development with the brightest influencers and industry’s decision makers, from the luxury sector executives to renowned brands creative minds and artists. For the second edition of this incredible event, the organization choose some of the best names in the Portuguese design industry, such as the renowned Designer Nini Andrade Silva, Ana Maria Vasconcelos from Belcinto, Conceição Amaral from FRESS, Carlos Coelho from Portugal Genial, Luis Pedro Martins representing the organization Turismo do Porto e Norte in a capacity of Chairman; writer Rita Sambado and journalist Marina Almedia. For International guests and speakers, Covet Group‘s incredible list includes Diana Anghel, from the Institut National Métiers d’Art of France; Khaoula from Assouline and Christian Haas, which is one of the most renowned Master Artisans in the world.
