This New Yorker designer is renowned for the restaurant interiors he’s created for chefs such as Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Heston Blumenthal.

Adam D Tihany born in Transylvania and raised in Jerusalem, he studied architecture at the Politecnico di Milano before moving to America in 1975. He established his practice in 1978 and his first restaurant project was New York’s La Coupole in 1981. He has created numerous high profile venues and shared some of them in him book, it’s amazing!
