With 10 years old this multitasking company, based in a collective concept, is focused on enhancing life through design. Works from Los Angeles California to all over the world, with all kind of clients, they accept commercial, residential, graphic and branding projects, always giving a multicultural vision based in the diverse backgrounds of the interior designers, architects and graphic designers, using a collaborative mindset.
Run by four partners as Roman Alonso, art and creative director, born in Caracas, and photography lover. Steven Johanknecht, designer, with a background from upstate New York. And the Shamshiri sisters, Pamela and Ramin, production designer and art director, both born in Iran and raised in Los Angeles. This design firm believes that they help their clients find their genetic makeup by developing a unique language and style. As personality believers the first step for a job is to brainstorm with the client until the two, client and firm, act like they know each other since ever, in order to translate the client vision and personality on the project.
As a complete company, the objective is to express the personality and identity of the project in all direction, if they have a commercial client they try and achieve to work in all possible ways: identity, interior design, packaging, and branding.
Avoiding the minimalist vision, their projects mix geometric furniture with straight lines, and high quality materials, with hippie inspired textiles, as the Carnation Street residential project, accomplished in 2008, Silverlake, California. They also blend leather arm chair, vintage inspired with rustic farm bench, in the same project who as a hippie flavour in all divisions.
In other lines is the Alma Real Drive project, in Brentwood, California, with classic overall concept but with contemporary colours and decoration pieces. The two projects have in common the natural light giving the places an airy appearance.
