Located in the heart of the city, Miss Kō is not just a hospitality project, it’s a crazy place where street food, cocktails, art and music meet to create a unique experience. Inside Miss Kō several cultures collide with fantasy rules and nothing is what it seems.
The concept of Miss Kō was absorbed using imaginary female experience and desired adventure. It’s a very characteristic Asian environment where shades of gray collide with warm and garish colors mixing the atmosphere of contemporary and inspirational elements of the ancient East to create this restaurant interior.
Philippe Starck is the responsible for the restaurant interior design. He has channeled his madness creatvity into the Miss Kō restaurant interior, creating a place where art has no barriers and dinners are surrounded by endless technology. One of Miss Kō‘s most unusual features is a 26m long table running the length of the restaurant entirely made from digital screens, each playing news channels from all over Asia.
The restaurant interior is an amalgamation of the diversity that exists in the fastest growing cities in Asia. Fast, layered, textured, chaotic and yet beautiful. Everything in this hospitality project is an adventure, the food, the art and the surfaces all share the same responsibility, which is to create a moment of interaction between user and space.
In the dining room, a few key elements are pivotal components to the hospitality project: the massive screen bar, the spectacular fresco by David Rochline and the huge teapot-cum-lamp. You are constantly surrounded by signs that ooze Asian ambiance, where you see shades of gray collide with color and the furnishings are a mix of contemporary items and ancient Far East inspiration.
If you enjoyed the amazing, bold and unique interior decoration, then what are you waiting for to plan your next trip to Paris and, a wonderful meal at this magnificence restaurant.
