Explore The Amazing Design Projects At Aston Martin Residences – For the first time in the British company’s history, Aston Martin is expanding from high-end sports cars into luxury residential design with a major real estate project in downtown Miami. Situated on one of the last parcels of Miami waterfront area to be developed, at 300 Biscayne Boulevard, the Aston Martin Residences fuses a brilliant design aesthetic with an ideal location to create Miami’s most astonishing address.

The Aston Martin Residences is a symphony of curvilinear glass and steel, soaring 66 storeys into the sky, with 391 apartments. The incredible building was designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas-Miani-Anger, but Aston Martin’s Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, has had a hand in every design decision made on the project. The company is bringing the unique craftsmanship and experience of driving one of their vehicles to life by incorporating signature elements, colours and materials from the brand’s cars into the design of the building’s interiors, common areas and amenity spaces.

Every aspect of the Aston Martin Residences has been carefully considered to provide the perfect balance between maximisation of space, optimal light and views and the needs of today’s modern cosmopolitan lifestyles. In fact, half of the 391 light-filled homes have completely unique floor plans. Enjoying the panoramic vistas of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River and the dynamic Miami skyline, a few lucky residents will have the opportunity to savour seven breathtaking penthouses and one superb triplex condominium. These top apartments will be complemented by a range of expansive one to five-bedroom options and will experience private pools and spacious terraces.

Divided into 4 floors with 42,275 square feet and connected by a monumental glass staircase, the full complement of amenities includes a state-of-the-art double-level fitness centre facing the ocean, a large infinity pool deck, a beauty salon and a barber shop, a spinning studio and a boxing gym, a virtual golf room, an art gallery, two cinemas, a full-service spa and several lounges.
