The New York-based designer, Sasha Bikoff, brought and edgy interior design project to the incredible AD apartment that was inspired by the movie Uptown Girls, featuring Brittany Murphy as Molly Gunn, and its unique bohemian and wild style! Discover more about the glamorous design in here!
This stunning interior design project was the star of the AD Design Show 2019! The interior designer considers that the actual design style is quite eclectic because it features a lot of creating combinations, so in the AD Apartment project she wanted to reflect this specific style!
Bikoff played with lots of vibrant colors, unique textures and patterns to create the stunning AD Apartment project. This stunning set was the place where you could meet the incredible Architectural Digest Editors!
When asked about the client for that stunning design project the interior designer described her as “traveled girl from the Upper East Side, that loves vintage and comes from this classically trained place”. “Nothing here is monochromatic,” she explained to the Architectural Digest team.

That eclectic mix started with the kitchen, which she clad in cabinets by ADDS exhibitor Reform, a Danish company that makes stylish fronts for basic cabinetry.
To bring that same eclecticism to the furnishings, Bikoff mixed sleek modern forms from Italian brand Calligaris with a Charlotte Perriand–esque bookcase fabricated by Reform, and some of her own furniture designs.
