The Smart Design Of This Incredible Skyscrapers – The architecture startup AI SpaceFactory has revealed the prototypes of their next skyscraper projects. These smart buildings have a cutting-edge design with smart building technology developed in-house.

The AI SpaceFactory was founded by MIT graduate David Malott and a leadership team of five global directors, David Riedel, Zhizhe Yu, Michael Bentley, Lucas Licari, and Ying Xu. The company smart design makes a unique combination of full-service architecture with technology development, like 3D printing, robotics, and machine learning.

Some of these technological architecture projects are now in various stages of construction. AI SpaceFactory describes their masterworks as machines where you can live. Physical, digital, and biological platforms work together to enhance real-world experiences.

The Design Director of the  AI SpaceFactory, Michael Bentley, explains that their goal is to “bring an element of magic to buildings—technology which surprises and engages us, and which performs a pivotal role in making buildings more sustainable”.

“To build the future requires significantly advanced technology, so we set out to create the architecture company of the future: one which can think differently, embrace new technologies, and define new industries”, affirms the company founder and CEO, David Malott.
