Tollens stand design in Casa Decor 2013 by VOL2 Design, Madrid Spain
The concept is the color as an expression of light. The space is endowed with a graphic quality allowing us to show color in both scenes: from light and from the shadows.
This corrugated cardboard pavilion was built for a traditional festival called “Fallas” held in Valencia every March. The construction was made out with 3,000 purposefully made corrugated hexagonal boxes as the only structural material.
For the latest edition of the MIDO trade fair, an exhibition where leading manufacturers in the eyewear industry showcase the finest brands and product lines, set designer Francesco Pagliariccio and business partner Dario Cavaletti created a lounge area in the centre of the exhibition hall.
Stand’s main design icon was the archway that lies on through stand area from begining to the end. Floors and ceilings of this arch was covered with NG Kutahya Seramik’s tiles, so everywhere was an exhbition area. All exterior columns surrounded by big transparent stars made up of Serge Ferrari textiles and led wall washers. These details reflected Kutahya’s ‘bright future’ expectation.
Space Nº14 is a gallery where the printed artwork outgrows the marquetry creating printed carpets, bricks, and joineries made of ink.
The Onn booth of ’2012 Craft Trend Fair Seoul’ shows the direction successfully under the title of ‘Beob Go Chang Shin’ (which means create new one based on the old one). Onn is a brand of masterpiece which is carefully classified and selected under the present standard of values and tastes of Millenary Jeonju culture.

By creating “The Wave”, Déri Design delivered the idea that prevailed in the international competition for this prestigious project. The key to success was a combination of the profound understanding of the brand and Japanese culture as well as a simple, surprising, and bold solution.
