The most important detail of the apartment is a view to the sea, so the architect team made sure that it will be visible from every room of the house. Also, they put in floor-to-ceiling windows wherever possible to make sure the view would be spectacular.

Moreover, the kitchen is situated in the southeast corner of the home, which not only makes it adhere to the ancient traditional Indian design principles of Vastu, but also means plenty of morning light in the mornings.
For the dinner gatherings and parties, there is a perfect space. It’s a dinning place and living room at once, and it’s a central meeting are of the home. The attention must be draw to the dining table and seating, both of which are made from teak.
The best and the most spectacular place of the house is a master bedroom. Not to mention, that it has amazing view, it also contains a luxurious bathroom and private whirlpool. And the last but not the least, a stunning deck area with infinity pool and outdoor entertaining space.
More than that, here you can find a private media room, which includes blinds for turning it from a glass enclosed overlook to a cozy cave for screenings.
