The idea for the project was to make the whole apartment resemble one big closed terrace, filled with natural and organic materials, earthy tones, and completed with some plants details. Instead of opting for expanding the kitchen lengthwise, IvanaIvana decided to make it a giant in terms of having a high ceiling, which is the perfect fit for the ice blue kitchen and the steel cabinets of the food blogger’s apartment.
Natural materials such as oak, terracotta, and rattan were used in the interior design project. With the budget of 50.000,00 €, the interior designer also incorporated some furniture pieces from Maison du Monde. The custom made and crafted rustic oak wood dining table was personalized by a Bosnian Academic painter called Damir Mumbasic. This wood dining table and its mismatched dining chairs are the perfect set for creative food photography.
