With 767 square meters, this luxury penthouse project is located in one of the tallest skyscrapers in the heart of Manhattan. To match the incredible location, Matteo Nunziati created a timeless design project filled with incredible furniture and lighting designs to make this one of the top luxury homes in the city.

Inspired by the stunning views of on downtown Manhattan, the interior design of this luxury penthouse must keep up with the luxurious contemporary architecture building where the luxury home is located! For that, Matteo Nunziati covered the large square windows of the luxury penthouse project with a frame in eucalyptus wood with integrated cooling systems, LED lighting and automatic curtains, highlighting the elegance of the iconic large square windows.
As you enter the living room you’ll see a luxurious and contemporary design project with the most stunning New York City views. The interior designer incorporated a modern sofa from its own furniture collection, as well as the D.153.1 armchair and the D.552.2 table designed by Gio Ponti, perfect for this luxury penthouse project.

In the dining room design, the interior designer wanted to highlight the views with some contemporary style furnishings and unique lighting designs… The combination of DelightFull’s Atomic Pendant with the Filigree dining table and Chelsea modern dining chairs by Rodolfo Dordoni suits like a glove in this luxury penthouse project.
The unique Atomic light pendant is a modern design interpretation of the atomic age, inspired by the composition of the atom. This unique lighting design was custom made in brass, steel, and aluminum, by the brand‘s skilled master artisans. Its non-conventional molecular forms make it the perfect lighting design for a contemporary living room, a modern master bedroom, and (of course) this luxury penthouse project.
The luxury penthouse project‘s master bedroom features the incredible Simone Floor Lamp by DelightFull. Inspired by the one and only Nina Simone, the interior designers have taken a classic lighting design and reinterpreted it into a fresh mid-century floor lamp. The floor is covered by a square plank in wenge finish created by Nunziati.
